After 15 years in the private sector, I shifted to academia and have completed 6 terms in the software engineering department. In education, my emphasis lies in optimizing our students' time, recognizing its immense value.I prioritize creating meaningful classroom experiences through workshops and project-based learning. Encouraging active participation and fostering knowledge exchange is my aim, motivating students to engage deeply in lessons. These approaches greatly enhance their job prospects and internship pursuits.
